膨胀石墨用于多波段无源干扰的研究进展

摘要 在对抗多模制导武器的各种技术途径中,多波段无源干扰技术是一种简单易行、高效费比的光电对抗手段。文章在综述多波段无源干扰技术研究现状的基础上,重点讨论了基于膨胀石墨的多波段无源干扰技术,包括高膨胀倍率膨胀石墨的制备方法,电磁波衰减性能方面的理论研究和提高其多波段干扰性能的技术、膨胀石墨的装备化应用等。研究表明,通过优化制备工艺条件,可以显著提高膨胀石墨的膨胀体积;选用合适的掺杂改性可以提高其电磁波衰减性能;膨胀体积大的膨胀石墨具有更好的电磁波衰减性能;膨胀石墨的特殊形成机理及其蠕虫状蓬松易碎的形貌特征成为制约其装备化应用的瓶颈因素。 Passive multiband screening smoke is a simpler and more practicable electro-optical countermeasure way among a variety of countermeasure techniques. In this paper, the multi- band integration screening technique is reviewed, and the highlight is put on that based on ex- panded graphite (EG). The preparation of the EG particles with a high expanding volume and their electromagnetic wave attenuation performance are reviewed, as well as the ways improving EG muhiband screening efficiency and their application on the battlefield. The results show that the expanding volume of EG can rise by optimizing the processing conditions. The attenuation performance can be improved by doping properly or increasing the expanding volume. It is the peculiar fluffy and fragile worm-like appearance that restricts the application of EG as screening smoke in military.
