摘要
目的探讨延续护理对冠心病PCI术后替格瑞洛使用依从性及治疗效果的影响。方法方便选取该院2013年8月—2015年8月期间收治的经确诊为冠心病并接受PCI术治疗的110例患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组55例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予延续护理干预。分别于冠心病PCI术后6个月、12个月评估两组替格瑞洛使用依从性、护理与治疗效果及术后12个月内服药不良反应的发生情况及再入院情况。结果观察组PCI术后6个月、12个月服用替格瑞洛依从性佳的患者占比87.27%、78.18%明显高于对照组78.18%、21.82%(P<0.05)。两组护理前MRSS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后6个月、12个月MRSS评分均显著降低,且观察组MRSS评分(5.43±2.12)、(2.40±1.01)分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率、再入院率分别为10.91%、3.64%均明显低于对照组25.45%、16.36%(P<0.05)。结论延续护理可显著提高冠心病PCI术后替格瑞洛使用依从性及治疗效果,对促进冠心病PCI术后恢复有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the effect of continuous nursing on patients with coronary heart disease after PCI ticagrelor use compliance and treatment effect. Methods Convenient selected from August 2013 to August 2015 in our hospital were diagnosed as coronary heart disease and PCI treatment of 110 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group of 55 cases. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given continuous nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. In patients with coronary heart disease after PCI 6 months, 12 months in two groups were assessed using ticagrelor compliance, nursing and treatment effect and postoperative medication within 12 months, the incidence of adverse reactions and hospital readmissions. Results The observation group PCI after 6 months and 12 months for taking good Grenada Roy from patients accounted for 87.27%,78.18% and 78.18% higher than the control group, 21.82%（P〈0.05）. The two groups before nursing MRSS score was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）, after 6 months, 12 months, MRSS scores were significantly lower, and the MRSS score of observation group（5.43 ± 2.12）,（2.40 ± 1.01）points was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. The incidence rate of adverse reactions and the rate of re admission in the observation group were 10.91% and 3.64%, respectively. 25.45% and 16.36% were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Continue nursing can significantly improve coronary heart disease patients after PCI ticagrelor compliance and treatment effect, has important meaning to promote the restoration of coronary heart disease patients after PCI.
