摘要
目的研究蒙脱石散与抗生素联合治疗细菌性痢疾的效果。方法回顾性选取本院收治的146例患者为研究对象,将采取单纯抗生素治疗的73例归为抗生素组,将采取蒙脱石散结合抗生素治疗的73例归为联合用药组。比较两组呕吐停止时间、退热时间、正常排便时间、副作用及有效率。结果联合用药组止吐快、退热快,恢复正常排便用时短,有效率较高(P<0.05),两组均未见明显副作用,药物安全性较高。结论对患有细菌性痢疾者,在常规抗生素治疗基础上,加用蒙脱石散可快速止吐,促进代谢及降温,对排便也有较好的改善功效。因此,蒙脱石散联合抗生素为治疗细菌性痢疾的可行性方案。
Objective To study the effect of Montmorillonite powder combined with antibiotic in treatment of bacterial dysentery. Methods 146 cases of patients in our hospital were selected as the research object, taking antibiotic therapy alone of 73 cases classified as antibiotic group,using Montmorillonite powder combined antibiotics in 73 cases classified as combination group. Compared two groups of vomiting stopping time,cooling time,normal defecation time,side effect and efficiency. Results The combination group,vomiting fever quickly,restore the normal defecation time was shorter and the effective rate were higher（P〈0.05）. No obvious side effects were found in the two groups, and the drug safety was high. Conclusion To suffer from bacterial dysentery,on the basis of conventional antibiotic treatment,combined with Montmorillonite powder can quickly promote the metabolism and cooling, antiemetic,also has good effect on improving defecation. Therefore,Montmorillonite powdercombined with antibiotics for the treatment of bacillary dysentery is ideal.
