摘要
以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚乙二醇、甲基二乙醇胺与自制带有氨基或羟基的蒽醌类及偶氮类染料发色体为原料合成亲水性聚氨酯高分子染料,并用其做织物涂层。探讨了烘焙条件对亲水性聚氨酯高分子染料棉织物涂层的性能影响。结果表明,亲水性聚氨酯高分子染料涂层织物力学性能、色牢度得到不同程度的改善,且在150℃/3 min的焙烘条件下性能较佳。
Hydrophilic polyurethane polymeric dyes were synthesized with isophorone diisocyanate, methyl dicthanolamine and self-made dye chromophores containing amino or hydroxyl groups, and were applied in fabric coating. The influences of baking condition on the performances of the hydrophilic polyurethane based polymeric dye coating were discussed. The results showed that the mechanical property and color fastness were improved, especially under the baking condition of 150 ℃/3 min.
