摘要
薏苡作为传统的食、药兼用型作物,发展前景十分广阔,并形成了具特色优势产业。本综述根据已发表薏苡组织培养中外植体选择、消毒方法与消毒时间、植物生长调节剂、环境条件等方面内容,阐述薏苡组织培养技术研究进展,为建立薏苡再生体系及其脱毒快繁与新品种培育奠定基础。
The coix(Coix lacryma-jobi L.) as a traditional crop which with functions of food and medicine. It has a very broadly prospects for development, and formed a special advantage industries. According to published Coix tissue contents of explants' selection, disinfection methods and disinfection time, plant growth regulators,environmental conditions, the review describes the research progress on coix tissue culture technology. In order to laying a foundation of virus propagation and cultivation of new varieties with establishing coix regeneration system.
