围产期孕妇及新生儿B群链球菌感染类型及耐药性分析 被引量:13

Analysis of infection types and drug resistance of group B Streptococcus in perinatal pregnant women and newborns

摘要 目的了解围产期孕妇及新生儿B群链球菌(GBS)的感染类型及耐药状况,为临床提供防治依据。方法收集本院2014年7月-2016年6月感染GBS的围产期孕妇和新生儿的菌株和临床资料,回顾性研究GBS引起的感染类型并进行耐药性分析。结果共收集发生GBS感染的患者122例,其中围产期孕妇111例,新生儿8例,先兆流产患者3例。111例感染GBS的孕妇胎膜早破发生率为76%。113例新生儿(母亲感染GBS)中有45例入住新生儿科,入院率达40%。122株GBS药敏结果显示,对青霉素、氨苄西林、万古霉素和利奈唑胺的敏感率均为100.0%,耐药率最高的为克林霉素,高达96.0%。结论 GBS是围产期孕产妇和新生儿感染的重要条件致病菌,青霉素可作为治疗的首选药。临床应重视围产期孕妇和新生儿的GBS筛查,做到早发现、早预防、早治疗。 Objective To understand the infections types and drug resistance of group B Streptococcus( GBS) in perinatal pregnant women and newborns,so as to provide basis for the prevention and treatment of this disease. Methods Bacteria cases and clinical information of perinatal pregnant women and newborns infected with GBS during July 2014-June 2016 in our hospital were collected. And a retrospective study was conducted on infection types and drug susceptibility. Results 122 patients infected by the GBS were collected,among whom 111 cases were perinatal pregnant women,8 cases were the newborns and 3 cases were the threatened abortion. The incidence rate of premature rupture was 76% in the 111 pregnant women infected by the GBS. 45 newborns were admitted to newborn ICU from 113 newborns whose mothers were infected with GBS,with the admission rate of 40%. 122 strains of GBS were 100. 0% sensitive to penicillin,ampicillin,vancomycin,linezolid. The resistance to clindamycin( 96. 0%) was the highest. Conclusion GBS is important conditioned pathogen for perinatal pregnant women and newborns. Penicillin could be as the first choice drug for therapy. The clinical should pay attention to GBS screening in perinatal pregnant women and newborns for early detection,early prevention and early treatment.
