摘要
以高纯铝铸锭(纯度>99.995%)为原材料,采用热轧的加工方法,制备出了表面及板形良好的大规格高纯铝板,研究了高纯铝板不同温度退火后的显微组织。结果表明:变形量为95%左右的轧制态铝板,280℃分别退火45 min和55 min后,可获得晶粒尺寸良好的等轴组织,其平均晶粒直径分别为62.4μm和128.4μm。末道次的轧制变形量对产品的晶粒度有着决定性的影响,变形量越大,晶粒越细小。
High pure aluminum ingot (purity 〉 99. 995% ) as raw material, high purity aluminum sheet with good surface and shape was prepared by hot rolling method, and microstructure of the sheet annealed at different temperatures was studied. The results show that the rolled aluminum sheet with deformation amount of about 95% can obtain fine equiaxed grains after annealing at 280 ℃ for 45 min and 55 min, and the average grain size are 62.4 μm and 128.4 μm respectively. The deformation amount of the last pass has a decisive influence on the grain size of the product, and the deformation amount is larger, the grain size is smaller.
