摘要
目的:探讨理中丸在脾胃虚寒型肠内营养相关性腹泻中的疗效。方法:将我院收治的84例脾胃虚寒型肠内营养相关性腹泻患者按数字表法随机分为两组。对照组42例采用益生菌、蒙脱石散治疗,而试验组42例采用理中丸治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、症状评分、生活质量及SAS评分的差异。结果:试验组患者临床总有效率、治愈率分别为95.2%、69.0%显著高于对照组76.2%、38.2%,比较具有统计学差异(χ2=4.76,P<0.05);治疗后试验组患者症状总评分、SAS评分降低,也低于同期对照组,比较具有统计学差异(t=34.37、8.53,P<0.05);治疗后试验组患者生活质量评分增高,也高于同期对照组,比较具有统计学差异(t=25.58、9.67,P<0.05)。结论:理中丸治疗脾胃虚寒型肠内营养相关性腹泻效果佳,其具有较高的治愈率及有效率,显著改善其临床症状,提高其生活质量及身心健康,值得临床选择。
Objective：To investigate the efficacy of Lizhong Pill on treating enteral nutrition related diarrhea with spleen and stomach deficiency cold type. Methods：84 patients in our hospital of enteral nutrition related diarrhea with spleen and stomach deficiency cold type,were randomly divided into experimental group and blank control group. 42 patients in the control group were treated by montmorillonite powder and probiotics,42 patients of experimental group were treated by Lizhong Pill. Compare the differences between the two groups in clinical efficacy,scores of symptom,quality of life and score of SAS. Results：Experimental group clinical total effective rate and cure rates were 95.2% and 69.0%,compared to that were 76.2% and 38.2% of the control group,which were significantly higher（χ^2=4.76,P〈0.05）;After treatment,total symptom score and scroes of SAS of patients in the experimental group was decreased,and was also lower than the same period in the control group,which has a statistically significant difference（t=34.37,8.53,P〈0.05）;after treatment,quality of life scores of patients in the experimental group was increased,and also higher than the control group,which has a statistically significant difference（t=25.58,9.67,P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The clinical efficacy of enteral nutrition related diarrhea with spleen and stomach deficiency cold type which treated by Lizhong Pill is good,which has higher efficiency,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and the quality of life of the patients,and is also eneficial to physical and mental health. So it deserved promotion and application in clinical work.
