摘要
以葵花籽(油葵)为原料,研究炒籽压榨、压榨油吸附精炼和冷冻脱蜡生产浓香葵花籽油技术。炒籽压榨操作条件为:炒籽温度160℃,炒籽时间40 min,入榨前加入热水3%;吸附精炼操作条件为:吸附剂加入量1.5%,吸附温度60℃,搅拌吸附时间40 min;冷冻脱蜡操作条件为:带吸附剂冷冻温度4℃,冷冻时间24 h。采用该技术生产的葵花籽油满足GB 10464—2003压榨三级葵花籽油技术指标要求,具有浓香葵花籽油特征香味,天然VE保留率达95%以上。
With sunflower seed ( oil sunflower) as material, the production technology of fragrant sunflower seed oil was studied, including roasting and pressing of oil seed, adsorption refining of pressed oil and freeze dewaxing. The operation conditions of roasting and pressing of oil seed were obtained as follows: roasting temperature 160℃ and roasting time 40 min, adding 3% hot water before pressing. The operation conditions of adsorption refining were obtained as follows: dosage of adsorbent 1.5%, adsorption temperature 60℃ and adsorption time 40 min. The operation conditions of freeze dewaxing were obtained as follows : freeze temperature 4℃ and freeze time 24 h. The sunflower seed oil produced by this technology could meet the requirements of third grade pressed sunflower seed oil( GB 10464--2003 ). The sunflower seed oil had characteristic flavor of fragrant sunflower seed oil and the retention rate of natural vitamin E reached above 95%.
