摘要
为提高水声工程专业研究生的学术创新能力和工程实践能力,针对该专业的专业特色和就业导向,结合相关高校和用人单位的调研成果,提出以水声工程专业创新型工程人才素质培养为导向,构建全新的"可视化教学、工程化实践、项目化科研、国际化认知"四维一体的多层次、多维度、国际化的人才培养模式,该体系对培养学生的创新能力效果明显,对水声工程专业的建设起到了示范作用。
In order to guide the quality training of innovative engineering talents in underwater acoustic engineering,the completely new four dimensional integration talents cultivation mode of the multi-dimensional and international is constructed including visual teaching,engineering practice,project oriented scientific research,internationalization cognition. The characteristics of the education system were introduced from the aspects of innovation curriculum system setting,the development of engineering practice base and the construction of network communication platform. The study is conducive to the cultivation of innovative talents with high quality.
