摘要
本文基于当前海洋渔业保险发展滞后的现实,着重探讨海洋渔业保险运营及融资模式方案,具体从融资模式、运营保障机制的设计展开,试图为政策支持的海洋渔业保险融资模式和保障机制的构建提供参考。
Based on the reality that the current development of the marine fishery insurance is lagging behind, this paper starts specifically from the financing mode and the operation safeguard mechanism designing, focuses on the marine fishery insurance operation and the financing mode program, and on the whole aims to provide a reference for the policy in constructing the marine fishery insurance financing mode and guarantee mechanism with the government support coming into play.
