腹主动脉瘤CTA成像在术前评估中的应用价值 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨腹主动脉瘤CTA成像在术前评估中的应用价值。方法 2013年10月至2015年10月选择在我院诊治的腹主动脉瘤患者30例,所有患者都给予CTA检查,对检出情况与评估结果进行判断。结果在30例患者中,CTA检出28例,检出率为93.3%。CTA在腹主动脉瘤的术前分型、部位、形态等方面,与DSA对比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论腹主动脉瘤CTA成像具有较高的诊断准确性,并且可准确评估瘤体的术前分型、部位、形态,从而有利于指导术前评估与判断。
