约氏乳杆菌菌粉对断奶仔猪生产性能、免疫机能、肠道pH值及有机酸含量的影响 被引量:12

Effects of Lactobacillus Johnsonii on Growth Performance, Immune Function, Intestinal p H and Organic Acid Concentration in Weaned Pigs

摘要 本试验研究了日粮添加不同水平约氏乳杆菌菌粉对断奶仔猪生产性能、免疫指标、肠道p H值和有机酸含量的影响。试验选用180头28日龄平均初始体重为8.03 kg杜×长×大三元杂交断奶仔猪,随机分为5个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复6头猪。对照组日粮为玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,4个试验组日粮分别在基础日粮中添加1.0×10^5、1.0×10^6、1.0×10^7、1.0×10^8CFU/g约氏乳杆菌菌粉,试验期28 d。结果表明:日粮添加约氏乳杆菌菌粉显著改善了断奶仔猪的耗料增重比(P〈0.05);日粮添加1.0×10^6~1.0×10^8CFU/g约氏乳杆菌菌粉极显著降低仔猪的血清Ig M含量(P〈0.01),显著降低了盲肠p H值(P〈0.05);日粮中添加1.0×10^7、1.0×10^8CFU/g约氏乳杆菌菌粉显著降低了回肠p H值(P〈0.05);而日粮中添加1.0×10^8CFU/g约氏乳杆菌菌粉显著提高仔猪结肠食靡的乳酸含量(P〈0.05)。因此,日粮中添加约氏乳杆菌菌粉可以提高耗料增重比,改善肠道内环境。 This experiment was conducted to study the effects of different levels of dietary Lactobacillus johnsonni on the growth performance, immune function, intestinal pH and organic acid concentration in weaned pigs. A total of 108 crossbred (Duroc x Landrace x Yorkshire) pigs weaned at d 28 with an initial body weight (BW) of 8. 03 kg were randomly divided into 5 groups with 6 pens, each pen contained 6 pigs. The treatments included either the basal diet or the same diets supplemented with 1.0×10^5, 1.0×10^6, 1.0×10^7 and 1.0×10^8 CFU/g Lactobacillus johnsonni. The trial period was 28 days. The results showed that pigs fed diets supplemented with 1.01.0×10^5-1.0×10^8 CFU/g Lactobacillus johnsonni helped improve feed utilization(P〈0.05) , the content of IgM and the pH of cecum of pigs fed 1.01.0×10^6-1.0×10^8 CFU/g Lactobacillus johnsonni was lower than control group. The pH of ileum of pigs fed 1.0×10^7, 1.0×10^8 CFU/g Lactobacilluz johnsonni was lower than that of control group. Pigs fed 1.0×10^8 CFU/g Lactobacillus johnsonni increased the content of lactic acid in the colon (P〈0.05). It was concluded that dietary Lactobacillus johnsonni had improve feed utilization and intestinal environment.
