摘要
从排气冷凝器列管振动的角度分析出列管失效的主要原因是卡门旋涡振动引起列管疲劳损伤而萌发疲劳裂纹和裂纹扩散 ,以至穿透壁厚而泄漏、断裂。提出的解决方案是适当加厚折流板 ,缩小折流板管孔与管子的间隙 ,减少管子无支承的最大跨距 ,增加管子壁厚 ,设置防冲板等。也可采用折流板缺口处不布管的设计思想或抗振型换热器。
The sell and tube ineffective main reasons and the countermeasures are analysized from the point of view of the vibration of exhaust condenser shell and tube.The main reason is Karman Vortex vibration causing the endurance failure of shell and tube,then the fatigue crack and crack diffusion is sprouted so that the wall is breakthrough,the sell and tube is leakage and breakage.To solve the problems,the baffle is thickened properly,the clearance between baffle hole and tube is decreased,the unsupporting longest span of the tube is decreased,the wall thickness of tube is increased,the avoid impacting plate is arranged.The design ideas of not disposing tube in the notch of baffle or using antivibration heat exchanger are applied.
