摘要
生长素作为植物体内的痕量信号分子,对调节药用植物的生长发育过程和环境的应答具有十分重要的意义,简要介绍了近年来吲哚-3-乙酸(IAA)对药用植物生长发育调节促进作用的研究现状,主要包括IAA促进药用植物插条发根及根的生长、促进药用植物培养愈伤组织和不定根形成、促进药用植物果实和花芽发育等。以期为IAA在药用植物快速繁殖及优质栽培上的应用提供参考。
As plants trace signal molecules,auxin is very significant of regulating the growth and development of medicinal plant,and the response to environmental. This paper briefly introduces the research status of IAA that promote medicinal plant growth and development,such as promoting medicinal plants rooting of cuttings and root growth,promoting the cultivation of medicinal plants callus and formation of adventitious root,promoting the development of fruits and flower bud etc. The purpose is to provide reference for the application of IAA in rapid propagation and high quality cultivation of medicinal plants.
