CGF膜联合Bio-Oss骨粉在美学区即刻种植中的疗效研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:比较CGF/Bio-Oss骨粉和Bio-Gide/Bio-Oss骨粉在美学区即刻种植中的临床疗效。方法:种植术后1,6,12个月时,通过CPI牙周指数和影像学CBCT测定,观测种植区牙龈色形质、骨结合及骨改建状况。结果与结论:在为期1年的观察时限里,CGF/Bio-Oss骨粉组和Bio-Gide/Bio-Oss骨粉组均表现出良好的软组织及骨组织修复效果,CGF膜联合Bio-Oss骨粉有望作为新型、有效的修复术式,应用于美学区即刻种植术。 Objective: To compare the clinical effect of CGF/Bio-Oss and Bio-Gide/Bio-Oss in the immediate implant of the aesthetic zone. Methods: The gingival morphological and osseointegration and bone resorption of planting area observed in 1,6,12 months after implantation, through CPI periodontal index and image science CBCT. Results and conclusion: in a 1-year observation period, CGF/Bio-Oss group and Bio Gide/Bio-Oss group showed good soft and bone tissue repair effect. CGF/Bio-Oss is expected to be a new and effective repair method in the application of immediately implantation of aesthetic zone.
