摘要
目的:比较CGF/Bio-Oss骨粉和Bio-Gide/Bio-Oss骨粉在美学区即刻种植中的临床疗效。方法:种植术后1,6,12个月时,通过CPI牙周指数和影像学CBCT测定,观测种植区牙龈色形质、骨结合及骨改建状况。结果与结论:在为期1年的观察时限里,CGF/Bio-Oss骨粉组和Bio-Gide/Bio-Oss骨粉组均表现出良好的软组织及骨组织修复效果,CGF膜联合Bio-Oss骨粉有望作为新型、有效的修复术式,应用于美学区即刻种植术。
Objective： To compare the clinical effect of CGF/Bio-Oss and Bio-Gide/Bio-Oss in the immediate implant of the aesthetic zone. Methods： The gingival morphological and osseointegration and bone resorption of planting area observed in 1,6,12 months after implantation, through CPI periodontal index and image science CBCT. Results and conclusion： in a 1-year observation period, CGF/Bio-Oss group and Bio Gide/Bio-Oss group showed good soft and bone tissue repair effect. CGF/Bio-Oss is expected to be a new and effective repair method in the application of immediately implantation of aesthetic zone.
