摘要
研究了4种微生物菌剂对老参地人参产量和质量的影响,为老参地改良、实现老参地资源可持续利用提供科学依据。结果表明,施入400g/m^2益生元菌剂(A2)和50g/m^2"5406"菌剂(C2),人参产量较对照提高显著;施入2g/m2多粘芽孢杆菌菌剂(D2)和50g/m^2"5406"菌剂(C2),人参品质较好,Rg1+Re和Rb1含量分别较对照提高显著。综合考虑人参产量和质量,建议施入"5406"菌剂50g/m^2(C2)对老参地进行改良,在提高人参产量的同时保证人参高品质。
To study the effects of microbial agents on the yield and quality of ginseng,four agents with different concentrations were applied in continuous cultivating field soil and it could provide a scientific basis to improve continuous cultivating field,in order to realize sustainable use of old ginseng soil resources. The results indicated that Prebiotic Agents of 400 g / m^2( A2) and"5406"Agents( C2) of50 g / m^2 treatments,yield of ginseng increased more significantly than control. 2g / m2 of Bacillus Agents and 50 g / m^2of"5406"Agents,the quality of ginseng was better than control. The content of Rg1+ Re and Rb1 increased more significantly respectively. However,considering the yield and quality of ginseng,the 50 g / m^2of"5406 "Agents is recommended in the Panax ginseng continuous cultivating field,in order to improve the yield and ensure the quality of ginseng.
