摘要
日本特殊教育在战后民主化改革过程中获得了极大发展。进入21世纪后,传统特殊教育体制已无法跟上残疾儿童障碍类型日益复杂化的趋势,随着一系列教育问题的出现以及融合教育理念的影响,日本特殊教育迎来了改革的关键期。文部科学省经过深入探讨和论证决定实施特别支援教育。为了满足残疾儿童的教育需要、培养其自立能力,文部科学省在学校设置、教师培养、设施设备等方面做出重大调整,特别支援教育在发展过程中形成了独特的教育理念和学校体系。
Special education in Japan had a great development in the post-war democratic reform process. In the 21st century, the traditional system of special education for children with disabilities has been unable to keep up with the increasing complexity of the type of the disorders in the trend. With the emergence of a series of educational issues and the impact of inclusive education, special education in Japan ushered in the critical period of reform. MEXT decided to implement special support education through depth discussion and argumentation. To meet the educational needs of children with disabilities and promote their self-reliance, MEXT has revised the school setting, teacher training, facilities and equipment, and so forth. Special support education has formed a unique educational idea and school system in the developmental process.
