摘要
目的：探讨通络宝治疗女性痛经的护理疗效。方法：选取2013年1月～2015年8月我院收治的90例原发性痛经患者为研究对象，随机平均分成两组，每组45例。对照组仅给予针灸护理治疗，观察组实施针灸联合通络宝治疗，比较两组临床护理疗效。结果：观察组实施针灸联合通络宝治疗护理后，治愈24例（53.3％），好转18例（40．0％），总有效率为93．3％，较对照组总有效率77．8％显著提高，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：针灸联合通络宝治疗女性痛经能够明显改善患者的小腹冷痛、腰骶疼痛等临床症状，减轻患者疼痛，临床治疗有效率高，疗效显著，值得在临床推广。
Objective：To explore the therapeutic effect of the treatment of female dysmenorrhea by dredging meridians and collaterals. Methods：90 cases of primary dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group, cases in each group, with 45 cases of primary dysmenorrhea treated in our hospital from August to January 2013,. Patients in the control group were given acupuncture and moxibustion treatment, the observation group were treated with acupuncture combined with dredging collaterals therapy, and the clinical nursing effect of the two groups were compared. Results：after implementation of acupuncture combined with dredging treasure treatment and nursing care of patients in the observation group, 24 cases were cured （53.3%）, improved in 18 cases （40.0%）. The total effective rate was 93.3%, the total effective rate was 77.8% have significantly increased compared with the control group. The difference between the two groups has statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ： acupuncture combined with dredging treasure in the treatment of female dysmenorrhea can significantly improve clinical symptoms of the patient＇ s alvine cold pain, lumbosacral pain. The clinical effective rate of the treatment is high, and it is worth in clinical promotion.
