摘要
目的:建立舒脊片中主药鸡血藤的薄层色谱鉴别方法,为质量控制提供实验依据。方法:参照有关文献方法及改进法分别对舒脊片中鸡血藤进行薄层色谱试验。结果:本文中的方法四操作简便,色谱斑点显色清晰,分离效果好,而且阴性对照无干扰。结论:方法四具有可行性,专属性强,可作为定性鉴别舒脊片中鸡血藤的方法。
Objective： To establish a TLC identification method about Spatholobi Caulis of Shuji Pills,and support to set up quality control standard for the product. Method： According to the literatures, using literature methods and improved methods, to identify the Spatholobi Caulis of Shuji Pills. Results： The forth method is simple, the TLC spots developed were clear, and the separation effect is good without the interference of negative control. Conclusion： The forth method has feasibility and a strong specificity, and can be used as qualitative identification method about the Spatholobi Caulis of Shuji Pills.
