摘要
目的分析中药炮制对药物性能功效及理化性质的影响。方法选取地黄、马钱子、大黄为研究对象,采用不同方法炮制这三种中药,炮制前及炮制后对药物性能共性及理化性质进行观察、比较。结果经炮制,地黄总多糖、梓醇、地黄苷A及地黄苷D含量均明显下降,其味、性能功效等有所变化;马钱子含量及士的宁含量均有所下降;酒大黄致泻效价呈14.25%下降,熟大黄致泻效价呈45.24%下降。结论中药炮制会在很大程度上影响药物性能功效(毒副作用、四气五味、归经等)及理化性质,对药物疗效及使用安全性的提升具有积极的意义。
Objective To analyze the effect of Traditional Chinese herbal medicine processing on the properties and physical and chemical properties of Chinese herbal medicine. Methods Radix rehmanniae, nux vomica and rhubarb were taken as the research object and processed with three different kinds of methods, the processing of physical and chemical properties of common drug properties were observed and compared before and after processing. Results After processing, the content of rehmannia polysaccharide, catalpol, rehmannioside A and rehmannioside D obviously decreased, the taste and performance efficacy changed, the content of tannin and the semen strychni decreased, rhubarb purgative biopotency was decreased by 14.25%, rhubarb purgative biopotency was decreased by 45.24%. Conclusion Traditional Chinese herbal medicine processing canaffect the performance and efficiency to a great extent(toxicity, five flavours and tropism etc.) and physicochemical properties, and have positive significance of enhancing the drug efficacy and use security.
