孟鲁司特钠联合维生素D对哮喘患儿肺功能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨孟鲁司特钠联合维生素D对哮喘患儿肺功能的影响。方法选取2014年1月~2016年1月于我院接受治疗的哮喘患儿35例,按照随机数表法随机分成观察组18例和对照组17例,观察组行孟鲁司特钠联合维生素D,对照组采用孟鲁司特钠,观察比较两组患儿肺功能恢复情况。结果治疗后两组患儿FEV1、PEF水平均有升高,观察组上升幅度高于对照组,观察组总有效率(94.44%)高于对照组(82.35%),差异具有统计学意义,均P〈0.05。结论孟鲁斯特纳联合维生素D可有效改善哮喘患儿肺功能。 Objective To investigate the effect of the combination of vitamin D and sodium in the lung function of children with asthma. Methods 35 cases of children with asthma were selected from January 2014 to January 2016 in our hospital, randomly divided into the observation group of 18 cases and control group 17 cases, observation group received montelukast sodium combined with vitamin D, the control group were treated with montelukast sodium, compared two groups of children with pulmonary function recovery. Results After treatment, the two groups of FEV1 and PEF levels were increased, observation group increased significantly higher than the control group, the total efficiency of the observation group(94.44%) was significantly higher than the control group(82.35%), the results were statistically significant, all P〈0.05. Conclusion Montelukast sodium combined with vitamin D is beneficial to the recovery of lung function in children with asthma.
