摘要
目的通过分析南京市放射工作人员2014年职业健康监护资料,为进一步做好放射防护工作提供参考依据。方法采用回顾性分析方法,收集2014年南京市放射工作人员职业健康检查资料和个人剂量监测资料并进行统计分析。结果不同工龄放射工作人员眼晶状体浑浊率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),眼晶状体浑浊率随工龄的增长而增高,不同工龄放射工作人员血常规异常率和甲状腺肿大率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),不同工种放射工作人员血常规异常率﹑眼晶状体浑浊率和甲状腺肿大率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小剂量低剂量率长期照射对眼晶状体有一定程度的影响,特别是对高放射工龄组人员影响较大。
[Objective]To analyze the health monitoring data of radiations workers in Nanjing City in 2014,provide a reference for further work on radiological protection.[Methods]Using the retrospective analysis method,the results of occupational health examination and individual radiation dose monitoring among radiation workers in Nanjing City in 2014 were collected and analyzed statistically.[Results]There was statistically significant difference in rate of lens opacity among the workers from difference working years（P〈0.01）,and the rate of lens opacity increased with increasing of service length. There were no statistically significant differences in the abnormal rate in blood routine examination and the rate of goiter among the workers from difference working years（P〈0.05）. There were no statistically significant differences in the abnormal rate in blood routine examination,the rate of lens opacity and the rate of goiter among the workers from difference working types（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion]Long-term,low dose and low dose rate radiation exposure has certain effects on eye lens,especially on workers with longer working years.
