摘要
目的研究切开挂线对口引流术治疗高位复杂性肛瘘的临床疗效。方法选取我院2012年12月至2015年11月收治的高位复杂性肛瘘患者120例为研究对象,根据不同治疗方式,将其分为观察组与对照组,各60例。对照组患者采用切开挂线术进行治疗,观察组采用切开挂线联合对口引流术进行治疗,对比分析两组临床疗效、术后情况、并发症发生率。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率为91.67%,明显高于对照组的75.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者平均住院时间、创面恢复时间明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者术后并发症发生率为23.33%,明显高于观察组的5.00%(P<0.05)。结论高位复杂性肛瘘采用切开挂线对口引流术治疗效果显著,不仅能提高治疗效果,降低并发症发生率,且可缩短患者的住院时间与创面愈合时间,值得在临床上广泛推广。
Objective To study the clinical curative effect of incision and thread-drawing drainage in the treatment of high complex anal fistula. Methods From December 2012 to November 2015, 120 cases of complex high anal fistula in our hospital were selected as research objects, and divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods. The control group was treated with incision and thread drawing therapy, the observation group received incision and thread joint contra aperture drainage treatment. The clinical effecy, postoperative incidence, and complication occurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results The total efficiency of observation group was 91.67%, which was higher than 75.00% of the control group （P〈0.05）. The average hospitalization time and the wound healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. The complication rate of the obersevation group was 5.00%, which was lower than 23.33% of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Incision and thread drawing drainage therapy in the treatment of high complex anal fistula has remarkable effect, and it can improve the treatment effect of patients, reduce the incidence of complications, shorten the patients＇ hospitalization time and wound healing time, which is worth promotion in the clinic.
