摘要
目的分析Hem-o-lock夹用于腹膜后腹腔镜下肾盂旁囊肿去顶术的临床疗效和安全性。方法选择2012年5月至2014年5月收治的60例肾盂旁囊肿患者作为研究对象，回顾性分析其临床资料，按照随机平均的原则分为观察组和对照组，每组30例。观察组行腹腔镜下肾盂旁囊肿去顶术，采用Hem-o-lock钳夹囊壁残端；对照组采用常规性腹腔镜下肾盂旁囊肿去顶术。所有患者均于术后进行为期1年的跟踪随访。结果60例患者手术均较成功，均未发生肾盂、肾蒂或肾实质的受损等术后并发症。观察组手术时间、术中出血量少于对照组，术后复发率均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论将Hem-o-lock夹用于腹膜后腹腔镜下肾盂旁囊肿去顶术中并钳夹于其囊壁残端具有较好的临床疗效，安全可行，可有效降低其复发率，值得，临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of Hem-o-lock clip in the treat- ment of retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal pelvic cyst. Methods Selected 60 patients with parapelvic cyst from May 2012 to May 2014 as the objects, and retrospectively analyzed the clinical data. According to the principle of stochastic averaging, they were divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each group, the observation group was treated by laparoscope under parapelvic cyst unroo- fing, and clamp of the cyst wall stump by Hem-O-lock, while the control group of patients was used con- ventional laparoscopy under parapelvic cyst unroofing. All patients were followed up for one year after surgery. Results The operation of 60 patients were successful, and there was no complication such as renal pelvis, renal pedicle or renal parenchyma. The operation time, bleeding volume and postoperative recurrence rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group with statis- tically significant differences （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Hem-O-lock for retroperitoneal laparoscopic under parapelvic cyst unroofing, and clamp in the cyst wall stump with good clinical efficacy, it is safe and feasible, can effectively reduce the recurrence rate, so it is worth in the clinical application.
