摘要
目的观察两种促进放射性Ⅲ度皮炎伤口愈合方法的临床疗效。方法选择2010年2月—2013年10月期间于广州医科大学附属肿瘤医院就诊的56例放射性Ⅲ度皮炎患者作为研究对象,按数字随机法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各28例,其中观察组对创面用生理盐水彻底清洗后,用爱康肤银离子敷料直接贴附于创面,外用多爱肤透明敷贴固定。对照组用生理盐水清洗伤口,行红外线照射,康复湿敷后暴露伤口。观察并记录两组患者的换药次数、创面愈合时间和治疗前后的疼痛程度评分。所得数据采用统计学软件SPSS 21.0建模处理。结果观察组和对照组的换药次数分别为(3.64±1.05)次和(22.59±11.73)次,创面愈合时间分别为(10.25±3.67)d和(13.27±5.74)d,与对照组相比较,观察组患者的换药次数明显较少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组患者的创面愈合时间显著较短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗前后的疼痛程度评分分别为(4.51±0.65)分和(0.74±0.57)分,而对照组则分别为(4.48±0.71)分和(2.83±0.65)分;治疗前,两组患者的疼痛程度评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与治疗前相比较,治疗后两组患者的疼痛程度评分均有显著下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);与对照组相比较,治疗后观察组患者的疼痛程度评分显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论爱康肤银离子敷料联合多爱肤在治疗放射性Ⅲ度皮炎中能促进伤口愈合,缩短伤口的愈合时间,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of two methods to promote wound repair of radiodermatitis to three degrees. Methods To take 56 patients of radioactive dermatitis treated in the Tumor Hospital affiliated to Guangzhou Medical University between Febru-ary 2010 and October 2013 as the research objects, and to randomly divide them into two groups-observation group and control group. There are 28 patients in each group. As for observation group, using normal saline（NS） to clean up the wound, and then to at-tach the Aquacel silver ion dressing to the wound fixed by Duoderm transparent sticking. While for the control group, using normal saline（NS） to clean up the wound, and then to apply the infrared radiation to it, and finally to uncover the wound after the wet com-pressing. To observe and record the frequency of dressing change, wound healing time and patients ＇ pain degree before and after the treatment.All the data were modeled and analyzed by statistical software SPSS 21.0. Results The times of dressing changing in the ob-servation group and the control group are（3.64 ±1.05）times and（22.59 ±11.73）times, while the wound healing time are（10.25 ±3.67）and（13.27±5.74） days respectively. Compared with the control group, the frequency of dressing change of patients in the observation group dramatically decreased, and differences had statistical significance（P〈0.01）. The healing time of patients in the observation group dropped observably,and differences had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. In the observation group, the pain grade was（4.51±0.65） before and（0.74±0.57）points after the treatment. And in the control group, the pain grade was（4.48±0.71）points before and（2.83±0.65）points after the treatment. Before the treatment, the pain degree grading of patients in these two groups had no differences in the statistical significance（P〉0.05）. After the treatment, the pain degree grading of patients in these two groups had seen significant reduction, and differences had statistical significance（P〈0.01）. While compared with the control group, the pain degree grading of patients in observation group sharply decline, and differences had statistical significance（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Aquacel silver ion dressing with Duoderm transparent sticking could help to promote the wound healing in the treatment of radiodermatitis in third degree, shorten the healing time and improve the life quality of patients.
