摘要
伊力特浓酱复合淡雅型白酒通过融合浓、酱两种白酒生产工艺,调控酿酒生产过程中美拉德反应的影响因素,并采用净化后贮存、计算机基酒筛选组合技术等后处理工艺,控制微量风味物质比例等,实现了在传承中不断创新的目标。
