摘要
大直径超长钻孔灌注桩在桥梁建设中的应用越来越多。钻孔灌注桩的施工质量直接关系到桩基承载力和沉降量能否满足设计要求,是桥梁施工成败的关键所在,而在大直径超长钻孔灌注桩施工中,孔底沉渣的清理是控制成桩质量的关键。介绍气举反循环工艺的原理及运用,并就运用效果与正循环、泵吸反循环进行了比较,其清孔效果远好于常规清孔工艺。
The large-diameter over-long cast-in-situ pile is more and more applied in the bridge construction. The construction quality of cast-in-situ pile will be directly related to the bearing capacity and settlement of pile foundation whether or not to satisfy the design requirements, and is the key to success or failure of bridge during construction. And the cleaning of the sediment at the bottom of hole is the key to control the quality of the finished pile. The article introduces the principle and operation of gas lifting reverse circulation technology, and compares the operation effects, positive circulation and pump suction reverse circulation. Its hole cleaning effect is much better than the conventional hole cleaning technology.
