摘要
目的对比分析消化道早癌及癌前病变患者分别采用传统外科手术治疗以及内镜黏膜下剥离术(ESD)治疗的临床效果以及安全性。方法方便选取该院2013年5月—2016年5月收治的30例消化道早癌及癌前病变患者,随机分为实验组(采用内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗)和对照组(采用外科手术治疗),对比分析两组病灶切除情况、并发症发生率。结果实验组整块完整切除率(80%)明显低于对照组(100%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治愈性切除率为100%,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组并发症发生率(13.3%)明显低于对照组(60%),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内镜黏膜下剥离术和外科手术治疗消化道早癌及癌前病变的效果良好,但是内镜黏膜下剥离术并发症发生率比较低,有利于患者更快恢复,值得推广应用。
Objective To analysis the clinical effect and safety of treatment of the patients, who suffered digestive tract early carcinoma and precancerous lesions, and treated with traditional surgery and endoscopic submucosal dissection（ESD）.Methods Convenient selection our hospital in May 2013 to May 2016 30 patients with gastrointestinal cancer and precancerous lesions as early as admitted were randomly divided into experimental group（using endoscopic submucosal dissection treatment） and control group（using surgery） Comparative analysis of two sets of excision, the complication rate. Results Complete en bloc resection rate in the experimental group（80%） was significantly lower than the control group（100%）, differences in contrast（P〈0.05）. Two curative resection rate was 100%, the difference（P〈0.05）. The complication rate in the experimental group（13.3%） was significantly lower than the control group（60%）, the difference between the comparison groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Endoscopic submucosal dissection good early surgical treatment of gastrointestinal cancer and precancerous lesions and effect, but relatively low endoscopic submucosal dissection complication rate, help patients recover faster, should be widely applied.
