摘要
为了减小液压挖掘机回转启动过程中因泵输出流量与回转马达需求流量不匹配而产生的能量损失,提出了一种流量控制节能回转系统。使用流量控制阀将过载缓冲阀溢流流量信号转换为压力信号,根据该压力信号调节泵排量。仿真和试验结果表明:流量控制节能回转系统能够有效减小回转启动过程中的能量损失,相比传统回转系统,可节能20%以上。同时由于溢流一直存在,保证了回转启动过程中的扭矩需求,与传统回转系统相比,回转启动时间基本不变。
A flow-control energy-saving rotary system was proposed to reduce the energy consumption caused by the mismatching between the output flow of the pump and the demand flow of the rotary motor during the rotary starting process of hydraulic excavator. The overflow signal of the overload buffer valve was converted to a pressure signal using a flow control valve, and the pump displacement was adjusted according to the pressure signal. Simulation and experiment results show that the flowcontrol energy-saving rotary system can effectively reduce the energy consumption during the rotary starting process that over 20% energy can be saved in comparison with the traditional rotary system. The overflow has long been existent, which meets the torque demand during the rotary starting process, and the time of the starting process stays the same with that of the traditional rotary system.
