摘要
目的:探讨木丹颗粒联合甲钴胺、加巴喷丁治疗痛性糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法:按照入院顺序抽签后随机将80例痛性糖尿病周围神经病变患者分为实验组和对照组,对照组患者给予甲钴胺联合加巴喷丁治疗,实验组患者给予木丹颗粒联合甲钴胺、加巴喷丁治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组治疗后中医证候发生率、hs-CRP、SOD水平以及神经传导速度均较治疗前明显改善,有统计学差异(P<0.05);实验组治疗后中医证候发生率、hs-CRP、SOD水平以及神经传导速度改善效果明显优于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:在常规甲钴胺、加巴喷丁治疗基础上加用木丹颗粒能够显著提升治疗效果,改善神经传导和中医证候,应用价值较高。
Objective：To investigate the efficacy of the patients with painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy treated by Mudan Particles with methylcobalamin and gabapentin; Methods：Eighty case of patients with painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group was treated by methylcobalamin and gabapentin and the experimental group by Mudan Particles with methylcobalamin and gabapentin. The efficacy was compared. Results ： The incidence rate of Chinese medicine symptom,hs- CRP,SOD and nerve conductive velocity of the two groups after treatment were better than those before treatment（ P 〈0.05 ）. The incidence rate of Chinese medicine symptom, hs - CRP, SOD and nerve conductive velocity of theexperimental group after treatment were better than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Mudan particles combined with methylcobalamin and gabapentin obtains better efficacy on the patients with painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy,improves nerve conductive velocity and Chinese medicine symptom. It has higher application value.
