农林复合杨树土壤酶的根际效应

摘要 为探究不同复合经营模式地下部土壤生物化学环境的变化,采用田间试验的方法研究了3种间作模式主要根际土壤酶活性的变化特征。结果表明:较杨树纯林相比,间作农作物后杨树根际土壤酶活性均有不同程度的提高,间作物根际土壤中过氧化氢酶、过氧化物酶及多酚氧化酶活性提高;与间作留兰香和红薯相比,杨树和杨树+小麦间作的5种根际土壤酶活性均提高。对土壤根际效应的研究发现,间作后过氧化氢酶和过氧化物酶根际效应均提高;间作留兰香和红薯,脲酶和碱性磷酸酶的根际效应均降低。由此可见,不同间作模式对杨树根际土壤酶活性及根际效应均产生不同程度的影响,不同间作物与杨树之间存在相互作用,且具有一定的种间促进关系。 In order to study the soil biochemical environment of underground in poplar-based agroforestry,field trial was conducted to study the activity characteristics of rhizosphere soil enzyme in three kinds of intercropping system.The results showed that the soil enzyme of rhizosphere was promoted after intercropping compared to pure poplar plantation,while the soil enzyme activity of catalase,peroxidase and polyphenol oxidase increased in crop rhizosphere.Compared to the intercropping of spearmint and sweet potatoes,the activity of five kinds of rhizosphere enzymes were improved between poplar and corp.The rhizosphere effects of catalase,peroxidase were strengthened by poplar-based intercropping,and the rhizosphere effects of urease and alkaline phosphatase decreased in intercropping of spearmint and sweet potatoes.It can be seen that different poplarbased intercropping patterns brought different effect to the activity of rhizosphere enzymes and rhizosphere effects,and there was an interaction and interspecific relationship between crops and poplar.
