Design on Floating Side Core Pulling Injection Mould of Charging Cover for New Energy Vehicle Battery

摘要 结合某新能源汽车充电盖内嵌钢壳产品零件结构包胶注塑的需要,设计了一种嵌件包胶注塑二板模具结构,模具布局为一模一腔,采用机械手放内嵌钢质壳件、选用香蕉浇口进行浇注、侧抽芯机构上侧边完全顶出产品等结构设计方式,实现了产品的自动化注塑生产。结构设计中,基于产品结构的特殊性,设计了气缸浮动顶出油缸侧边顶出组合机构以实现产品完全脱模,机构组成分为浮动顶出组件、油缸侧边顶出组件,浮动顶出组件完成产品从模具主型芯上的脱模,油缸侧边顶出组件则完成产品从侧型芯上的脱模,同时保证机械手放置内嵌钢质壳件的方便性,机构和模具结构设计新颖,为同类产品的注塑模具设计提供了有益参考。 Combined with an electric vehicle charging, cover embedded steel shell products parts structure package of plastic injection, design a block package glue injection molding board mold structure, the layout of the mold is a mold cavity, by mechanical hand embedded steel shell parts, selection banana gate gating and side pumping core body upper side completely out of the top design of product structure, injection molding in the production of automation products. Based on the special structure of the products, the cylinder floating top oil cylinder side ejection mechanism combination was designed to achieve full product release, and the mechanism was divided into floating roof assembly and cylinder side ejection assembly. The floating roof assembly is to complete the product demoulding from the main core, and the cylinder side ejection assembly is to complete product demoulding from the side core, while ensuring convenience of the mechanical hand to embed steel shell. The mechanism and mold structure designs are novel, providing useful reference for similar products in the design of plastic injection mold.
