摘要
2012年从桓仁水库、水丰水库网箱养殖群体分别挑选100尾雌德国镜鲤亲本和100尾雄德国镜鲤亲本,以此为基础群体建立30个全同胞家系,利用鱼苗阶段网箱家系隔离养殖和鱼种阶段电子标记技术,通过群体严格选择,F1阶段筛选出18个符合性状的家系。2015年在F1基础上,继续建立33个全同胞家系,至秋片阶段,选留23个家系,其中生长性能较好的家系有7个家系:K6-b、K10-d、K21-b、K24-a、K24-b、K26-b、K29-b,这些家系为下一步选育奠定了基础。
The family selection for fast growth of German mirror carp was conducted. In 2012, 100 female and 100 male German mirror carp parents were selected by whom 30 full-sib families were built. By separately cultiva- ting at the fry stage and electronically labeling at the fingerling stage, 18 families that meet the traits were selected at the F1 stage. In 2015, 33 full-sib families were selected based from F1 families. Finally, 23 families were left and 7 families with good growth performance named as K10 - d, K21 - b, K24 - a, K24 - b, K26 - b and K29 - b were found for pedigree breeding.
