摘要
目的观察关节镜下膝关节清理术后联合中药热敷治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效。方法将60例KOA患者行关节清理术,术后随机分为2组。治疗组30例术后行中药热敷,对照组30例术后予特定电磁波治疗器照射治疗。2组均治疗2周,随访3个月统计临床疗效,并观察Lysholm评分及视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分。结果总有效率治疗组93.33%,对照组56.67%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后Lysholm评分均升高,VAS评分均降低,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后改善Lysholm评分及VAS评分均优于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论关节镜下膝关节清理术后联合中药热敷治疗KOA疗效确切,并能改善患者疼痛及膝关节功能。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of arthroscopic debridement combined with hot compress of traditional Chinese medicine on osteoarthritis（LOA）. Methods 60 LOA patients after debridement were randomly divided into two groups. 30 cases in treatment group were treated by hot compress of traditional Chinese medicine,and 30 cases in control group were treated by ultrashort wave illumination,continuously treatment for 2 weeks. The curative effect was evaluated after three months follow - up. The Lysholm＇s function scoring and visual analogue scale（VAS）were observed. Results The total effective rate in treatment and control group was 93. 33%and 56. 67% respectively,with statistical difference（P 〈 0. 05）. The curative effect in treatment group was superior to that in control group. The Lysholm＇s function scoring after treatment was increased in two groups,and the VAS was decreased,with statistical differences（P 〈 0. 05）. The improvements of Lysholm＇s function scoring and VAS in treatment group were superior to those in contrl group,with statistical differences（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Arthroscopic debridement combined with hot compress of traditional Chinese medicine has exact effects on the treatment of LOA, can improve the pain and function in patients with LOA.
