摘要
针对偏心径向热管和翅片管式两类换热器的综合性能评价方法进行了推导,提出了相应的通用方程。从偏心径向热管和翅片管单管出发,将两者进行比较并对热阻进行分析简化,忽略了换热器性能评价中的次要因素,进一步阐述和揭示了偏心径向热管和翅片管两类换热器的传热过程和传热特性。以换热器的结构优化和过程可用能分析为基础,推导了在给定投资费用的前提下两侧换热表面的最佳匹配关系式。根据偏心径向热管和翅片管的传热特点,推导出适用于两者的科学热评价通用公式,并给出了经济性评价方法,从而实现了两种换热器传热过程的结构优化,得到的通用方程与工程计算结果一致。
For comprehensive performance evaluation method of radial eccentric heat pipe and fin tube heat exchanger was deduced, and general equation was put forward. From the perspective of the radial eccentric heat pipe and fin tubes single pipe, the two heat exchangers and the thermal resistance was compared and simplified, ignoring minor factors in the evaluation of the heat transfer performance, and further reveals characteristics of heat transfer and flow process. In the course of heat exchanger struc-ture and exergy analysis of process, the expression of the matched perfectly on both sides of the heat exchanger surface was gained on the premise of considering investment costs factor. According to heat transfer characteristics of the radial eccentric heat pipe and fin tube, thermal evaluation general formula and the economic evaluation method were deduced to realize the structure optimization of two kinds of heat exchangers in heat transfer process. The results indicate that the general equation from theoretical analysis and actual computation are unanimous.
