摘要
硕士研究生质量下降引发社会的诟病,为了准确掌握硕士研究生对所在学校和硕导的评价,采取问卷调查方法,对硕士研究生进行调查。结果显示:研究生认为硕导的研究水平整体不高,硕导的个人水平差异较大,学校和导师对研究生培养管理过于松懈。因此,在硕导的遴选中必须加强对其科研水平的考核,必须严格对硕导进行综合性评价和资格认证,实行优胜劣汰。同时,建立硕士研究生培养的基本标准,强化硕士研究生导师的培养责任。
Due to social problems caused by the decreasing quality of postgraduates, questionnaire has been adopted to make an investigation of postgraduates to accurately master the postgraduates' evaluation of their universities and supervisors. The results show that the supervisors' research competence is generally not strong, their individual ability varies a lot, universities and supervisors' culti- vation management on postgraduates are too loose. Therefore, the evaluation of research competence should be strengthened on supervisors' selection, and supervisors' synthesis evaluation and qualification authentication should be carried out strictly to implement the survival of the fittest. Meanwhile, the basic standard of postgraduates' cultivation should be established, and the training responsi- bility of postgraduates should be strengthened.
