摘要
目的探析浅表性膀胱癌经尿道电切术后复发的原因及预防措施。方法选取35例浅表性膀胱癌患者,均给予经尿道电切术,对照组术后加丝裂霉素膀胱灌注辅助治疗,研究组术后吉西他滨膀胱灌注辅助治疗,分析术后复发的因素及措施。结果研究组复发率11.76%(2/17)与对照组33.33%(6/18),差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论复发原因很多,如遗漏小肿瘤,灌注化疗失败等。彻底性切除肿瘤原发病灶,术后即刻开始规范化膀胱灌注化疗,可有效降低复发率。
Objective To explore the causes and preventive measures of recurrence after transurethral resection of superficial bladder cancer. Methods A total of 35 patients with superficial bladder cancer patients were treated with transurethral resection, the control group with postoperative intravesical instillation of mitomycin treatment, postoperative intravesical gemcitabine treatment, analysis of the factors of postoperative recurrence and measures. Results The recurrence rate of the study group was 11.76%（2/17） and the control group 33.33%（6/18）, the difference was statistically significant, P0.05. Conclusion The causes of recurrence are many, such as missing small tumors, failure of perfusion chemotherapy and so on. Resection of tumor primary lesion, immediately began to standardize chemotherapy, can effectively reduce the recurrence rate.
