摘要
通过分析说明在变风量空调系统中采用在送风主管及变风量末端支管上加装手动调节阀来进行静平衡调试的作用非常有限,认为正确的方法应该是在变风量空调送风系统设计时进行典型时刻的动态平衡校核及动态平衡调整。对有重大设计缺陷的送风系统,可以利用包括手动调节阀在内的阻力调节措施对系统运行过程中长期处于较小风阀开度的变风量末端的支管进行阻力分配调整,以改善该变风量末端的调节性能。
The analysis results indicate that the effect of the manual control dampers in the main duct and the VAV manifold ducts on the static balance commissioning is very limited. Considers that the correct way should be checking the dynamic equilibrium at the typical time and adjusting the dynamic equilibrium during the design of VAV air supply duct system. In the air supply system with major design faults, the resistance adjusting measures including manual control dampers could be used to regulate the resistance distribution in the VAV terminal manifold ducts while the damper is in smaller opening degree frequently, in order to improve the regulation performance of the VAV terminals.
