摘要
针对水轮机转轮室现场修复加工存在的难以确定需要修复部位、无法预估待修复面积等问题,设计了一种能为现场修复加工提供快速修复方案的快速决策支持系统。快速决策支持系统首先通过激光测量获得水轮机转轮室内壁扭曲或气蚀形变的数据,然后将该数据重现,并将形变的转轮室内壁三维模型与原始标准的转轮室分析比较,标示出凹凸形变面的特征区域,计算出形变面积,从而为高效的现场加工提供指导。
Targeting to the field machining problems such as finding the parts to be repaired difficultly and estimating the area to be repaired difficultly, proposed a method to repair the runner chamber for on-site processing based on the technology of ultra- sonic inspect and laser metrology, and then developed a decision support system. Firstly, the data of twist or cavity deformation of runner chamber was obtained through the ultrasonic inspect and laser metrology, and then the runner chamber' s 3 D model was re-established. Secondly, the re-generated 3 D model was compared with the original standard runner chamber, and then the feature of scraggy surface such as twist or protrusion or depression of cavity deformation was marked automatically. Based on the different feature of deformation, quantitative calculation was conducted and diversity of suggestions for the on-site processing was proposed.
