摘要
针对A公司点胶阀的质量问题,提出了精益六西格玛DMAICⅡ模式在点胶阀生产过程中质量改善的实施方案。运用Minitab软件对点胶阀质量数据进行分析,找出影响点胶阀质量的主要因素为供应商来料质量、操作方法及检验的作业规范,并基于各因素提出了改善措施。实施结果表明,应用精益六西格玛理论能够有效地提高点胶阀的质量,这对中小制造企业的质量改进有指导意义。
Aiming at the existing quality problems of dispensing valve for A company, the whole implementation plans of lean six sigma DMAIC II model for improving the dispensing valve quality were presented. Meanwhile, the quality data was analyzed by using Minitab software. The main factors affecting the quality of the dispensing valve including supplier incoming material quality, operating method and inspection specifications were clarified and improvement measures were put forward based on various factors. The implementation results show that the application of lean six sigma theory can effectively improve the quality of the dispensing valve, which has guiding significance to the quality improvement of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.
