大豆秸秆对奶公牛生长育肥性能和血液生化指标的影响 被引量:1

Effect of soybean straw on the growth and fattening performance and blood biochemical indexes of fattening dairy bulls

摘要 为了研究大豆秸秆对奶公牛生长育肥性能和血液生化指标的影响,试验选择体重相近的奶公牛45头,随机分为3组,每组15头,Ⅰ组饲喂100%玉米秸秆(对照组),Ⅱ组饲喂25%大豆秸秆+75%玉米秸秆,Ⅲ组饲喂50%大豆秸秆+50%玉米秸秆,试验期89 d。结果表明:Ⅰ组日增重最高,Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组日增重较Ⅰ组降低,Ⅲ组与Ⅰ组之间差异显著(P<0.05),Ⅲ组与Ⅱ组之间差异不显著(P>0.05);Ⅰ组料重比最低;Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组葡萄糖含量较Ⅰ组显著降低(P<0.05),Ⅲ组生长激素含量较Ⅰ组显著降低(P<0.05),Ⅰ组尿素氮含量显著低于Ⅲ组(P<0.05),Ⅰ组瘦素含量显著低于Ⅲ组(P<0.05)。说明大豆秸秆直接饲喂奶公牛替代玉米秸秆的比例应该低于25%,大豆秸秆经过加工或降低替代比例对奶公牛的育肥效果有待于进一步研究。 To study the effect of soybean straw on the growth and fattening performance and blood biochemical indexes of dairy bulls,45 Holstein dairy bulls with similar body weight were selected in the test. The dairy bulls were randomly divided into three groups of 15 bulls each. Group Ⅰ was fed 100% corn straw as a control group,and group Ⅱ was fed 25% soybean straw with 75% corn straw,and group Ⅲ was fed 50% soybean straw with 50% corn straw. The test period lasted for 89 d. The results showed that group Ⅰ had the highest daily gain,and the daily gains of group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ were significantly decreased compared with group Ⅰ,and there was a significant difference( P〈0. 05) between group Ⅲ and group I,but no significant difference( P〉0. 05) between group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ. Group Ⅰ had the lowest feed- gain ratio. The glucose contents of group Ⅱ and Ⅲ were significantly lower( P〈0. 05) than that of group Ⅰ. The growth hormone content of group Ⅲ was significantly lower( P〈0. 05) than that of group Ⅰ,and the contents of blood urea nitrogen and serum leptin of group I were significantly lower( P〈0. 05) than those of group Ⅲ,respectively. The results indicate that soybean straw can feed dairy bulls directly as the substitution of corn straw,and the substitution ratio should be less than 25%. In addition,the fattening effects of soybean straw by processing or reducing the substitution ratio on dairy bulls needs to be further studied.
