龙岗地区4346例男性精液质量评估及临床价值分析 被引量:3

The semen quality and clinical value analysis of 4346 male in Longgang area

摘要 目的分析龙岗地区4346例男性精液质量及其临床价值。方法针对2013年6月至2015年11月来我院行婚前或孕前检查的4346例男性,采用精子动静态分析系统分析精子密度、活率和前向运动精子百分率等,检测精浆弹性硬蛋白酶浓度。结果龙岗地区受检的4346例男性中,平均精子密度88.03×109/L,平均活率55.47%,前向运动精子百分率41.84%。精子密度在22-50岁年龄段的差异不大而在50岁后明显降低。精子活率和前向运动精子百分率随着年龄的增长逐渐下降。弹性硬蛋白酶浓度≥1000ng/ml的男性,精子活率和前向运动精子百分率显著下降。结论男性年龄越大越应该重视精液检查,生殖道炎症者应积极的治疗。 Objectives:To analyse semen quality and cliniclal value of 4346 male in Longgang area.Methods:4346 male that received preconception examination in our hospital from June 2013 to November 2015 were chosen. Sperm density,vitality and rate were tested by applying the sperm quality analysis system. The concentation of seminal plasma elastase were tested. Results:The average sperm density,vitality,rate were 88.03×10~9/L,55.47%,and 41.84%,respectively. There were no significant difference of sperm density between 22 and 50 years old,but significantly decreased after 50 years old. The sperm vitality and rate guadually decreased with age. While the level of seminal plasma elastase higher than 1000ng/ml,sperm vitality and rate significantly decreased. Conclusion:Elderly men should pay more attention to semen test. Men with genital tract inflammation should actively cooperate with inspection.
