摘要
医务人员激励效应的影响因素研究是建立有效医务人员激励机制的关键,本文根据奥德弗的ERG理论,从医务人员的生存质量要素、人际关系要素、成长发展要素三个维度构建了医务人员激励效应的结构方程模型。通过对问卷调查结果的分析,验证了医务人员的生存质量要素对医务人员的激励效应起决定性影响,人际关系要素和成长发展要素对医务人员的激励效应有着重要影响,医务人员的生存质量要素、人际关系要素、成长发展要素三者互为相关关系,其中人际关系要素与成长发展要素的相关系数大于人际关系与生存质量发展要素的相关系数。
The incentive effect of medical personnel is the key influence factor on the establishment of an effective incentive mechanism of medical personnel. According to Clayton. Alderfer's ERG theory,from the existence quality of the medical staff,interpersonal relationship,and growth,the structural equation model on medical staff incentive effect is proposed. Through the analysis of survey results,the existence quality is a decisive factor on the incentive effect. Interpersonal relationship and growth has an important effect on medical staff. Medical personnel's existence quality,interpersonal relationship,growth factor is mutually related,the correlation coefficient of interpersonal relationship and growth factor is greater than the correlation coefficient of interpersonal relationship and existence quality factors.
