摘要
版权对于网络文艺的创造与传播具有重要作用。文章分析了当前网络文艺传播领域存在的版权问题,并进一步提出了富有针对性的网络文艺传播领域的版权解决机制。
Copyright plays an important role in the creation and dissemination of the network literature and art. Through the analysis of the current copyright issues in the dissemination of the network literature and art, the paper puts forward the mechanism of solution to the and regulatory system, to strength copyright in the dissemination of the network literature and art, to strengthen the legal en the industrial mechanism and to establish ethical mechanism.
