摘要
采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、拉伸试验和冲击试验等方法研究了铁塔用Q420B大规格角钢的组织和性能。结果表明,Q420B角钢组织为铁素体+珠光体,晶粒尺寸细小、均匀。3种不同肢厚25#Q420B角钢的屈服强度为471~496 MPa,抗拉强度为617~627 MPa,伸长率为23%~29%,冲击韧性均达到国家标准规定的D级。
The microstructure and properties of Q420B large angle steel for iron tower were systematically investigated by using optical microscope, scanning electron microscope, tensile test and impact test. The results show that the microstructure of Q420B angle steel is ferrite and pearlite, and then the grain size is fine and homogeneous. The yield strength of three 25# angle steel with different leg-thicknesses is 471-496 MPa, the tensile strength is 617-627 MPa, and the elongation is 23%-29%. The impact toughness all meets the D-level regulated by national standards.
