摘要
通过合理调整药皮中碳酸盐、氟化物及氧化物的比例,添加适量的稀土,合理控制熔敷金属合金元素的含量,研制出大型低温LNG储罐用ENiCrMo-6焊条。其工艺性良好,能够实现全位置焊接,各项性能均满足技术要求,具有优异的低温冲击韧性及抗热裂纹性能。
Nickel based alloy covered electrode ENiCrMo-6 for giant LNG cryogenic storage tank was developed by reasonably adjusting ratio of carbonate,fluoride and oxide in the electrode,adding proper amount of rare earth and controlling alloying element content of deposited metal. The results showed that all performances can meet with the requirement which exhibited good technological performances in all position welding,excellent low temperature impact toughness and hot cracking susceptibility.
