摘要
采用固相萃取-气相色谱/电子捕获检测器(SPE-GC/ECD)对青狮潭库区水体中有机氯农药(OCPs)的组成、分布特征及健康风险进行了分析。结果表明,六六六(HCHs)、滴滴涕(DDTs)分别占所检出15种OCPs总量的28.93%~79.88%和2.66%~54.62%,特征组分比例表明HCHs和DDTs均源自历史残留。研究区域水体中OCPs质量浓度大小呈现为池塘〉西湖〉溪流〉东湖。青狮潭库区20个采样点水体中OCPs健康风险值为6.50×10-9~4.05×10-7a-1,远低于国际辐射防护委员会(ICRP)推荐的最大可接受值,表明该区域水体中OCPs对人体健康风险处于较低水平。
The method of SPE- GC / ECD is applied to analyze the composition,distribution and health risk of 15 kinds of organochlorine pesticides( OCPs) in water of Qingshitan Reservoir. The result shows that HCHs and DDTs respectively accounts for 28. 93% ~ 79. 88% and 2. 66% ~ 54. 62% of the total 15 kinds of OCPs and according to the ratio of feature components,both HCHs and DDTs are from historical residues. The concentrations of OCPs in the20 sample collected from the reservoir varies,indicating chitang xihu xiliu donghu. The values of health risks of20 samples water range from 6. 50 × 10- 9~ 4. 05 × 10- 7a- 1,far below the acceptable maximum recommended by ICRP. Therefore,it is indicated that the health risks OCPs in the reservoir is at a low level.
