摘要
目的:探讨尿道下裂患儿手术治疗围手术期引流管管理要点。方法:对55例尿道下裂患儿围手术期实施科学系统的引流管管理。结果:55例尿道下裂患儿术后未出现引流管相关并发症,41例痊愈出院,14例术后并发尿瘘。结论:对尿道下裂患儿实施科学系统的引流管管理,可减少相关并发症的发生,促进患儿康复。
Objective： To explore the main point of perioperafive management of the drainage tube of hypospadias children with operative treatment. Method： Scientific drainage tube management were applied to 55 patients who received hypospadias repairs.Result： None of 55 patients developed drainage tube related complications.Among all, urinary fistula occurred in 14 patients, and the remaining 41 patients were cured and discharged.Conclusion： Scientific and careful management of postoperative drainage tube after hypospadias repair was the key to reduce postoperative complications and promote patients＇ recovery.
