摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效及安全性。方法:60例随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用真武汤(康仁堂免煎颗粒)联合速尿片治疗,对照组单用速尿片治疗,治疗前后查B型利钠肽(BNP)的浓度并观察中医证候变化。结果:两组BNP浓度及中医证候疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。服药期间两组未见不良反应。结论:真武汤组方颗粒联合速尿片治疗慢性心力衰竭能更好地降低BNP的浓度,改善中医证候。
Objective ： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect and safety on chronic heart failure treated by combination of TCM and western medicine. Method： 60 cases were divided into 2 groups randomly. The treatment group were treated with Zhenwu Decoction （single herbal concentrate-granules in Kong Ren Tang ） combined with furosemide tablets while the control group were treated with furosemide tablets only. They were treated for 2 courses of treatment, totally 14 d. The concentration of BNP were detected and the changes of TCM symdrome were observed before and after the treatment. Result： There was statistical significance in the concentration of BNP and the therapeutic effect of TCM symdrome between the two groups （P〈0.05） . There was no adverse effect observed during treatment. Conclusion： Zhenwu Decoction compound granules combined with furosemide tablets could decrease the concentration of BNP and improve TCM syndrome better in the treatment of chronic heart failure.
